For our IT PLM department in Brande, Denmark, we are looking for an experienced solution architect in the area between our ERP system and PLM systems, Teamcenter and SAP. We are looking for a candidate that can lead the continuously increasing interaction between the systems throughout the entire product life cycle, from R&D to maintaining our installed turbine fleet.

What are my responsibilities?

Lead the requirement consolidation for PLM/ERP demands

Ensure alignment internally in IT and Business stakeholders related to Interfacing SAP and Teamcenter

Define functional specifications for interfacing solutions

Participate in best practice sharing across Siemens AG

Responsible for the solution architecture between Teamcenter and SAP

Evaluate, plan and architect solutions based on business requirements



What do I need to qualify for this job?

The skillset of the solution architect should preferably have been obtained by playing a role in a large corporation where experience in utilizing Teamcenter and SAP are used globally across the value chain. We expect the applicant to have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with Teamcenter and /or SAP PLM and you must have previous experience in capturing requirements from large organizations and architecting value creating solutions for the business.

The candidate needs to have extensive knowledge of the system capabilities and experience in enabling the software to create value in the organization. The candidate has to be able to communicate on all levels of the organization and with many stakeholders within IT and Business. Finally, you are an excellent and persuasive communicator and fluent in both spoken and written English.



Understanding of the Teamcenter and SAP Architecture

Knowledge of Material BOM methodologies

Knwoledge of a multi structure environment in Teamcenter

Knowledge of Variant and Global options in Teamcenter

Familiar with Manufacturing business processes

Understanding of the entire Product Life Cycle value chain in enterprise environments.

Understanding Master data principles

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
