Come join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner!

 

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for the overall management of the recruitment process and practices, including the full-cycle recruiting and retention strategies to support both global and US leaders with a variety of positions and recruitment needs. The role must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with the current leadership team as well as navigate The Workday Applicant Tracking system, exhibit strong organizational reporting skills, communication skills and the ability to formalize all aspects of the recruitment cycle. The successful candidate will have experience with recruitment in a variety of roles and possess an experienced background in managing successful programs to attract and hire in a competitive market.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (these tasks include but are not limited to)

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
  • Partner with all hiring leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates
  • Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
  • Partner with immigration counsel and counterparts in Corporate HQ to manage and support visa related issues including graduate program, including securing temporary housing, assisting with Visa applications, etc.
  • Successfully collaborate with hiring managers attract and hire qualified candidates

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration or related field. Preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of proven recruitment experience
  • Experienced in proactive recruitment, creating talent pools and pipeline to include diversity & inclusion initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging social media and using various forms of talent acquisition technology to source, interview, and hire talent.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment branding strategies, workforce planning, strategic talent sourcing.
  • Demonstrated success working in a matrix environment.

 

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Demonstrated aptitude and experience using metrics, dashboard, and talent analytics.
  • Workday experience a plus.
  • Strong Tracking/Reporting, organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills with ability to perform independently at all levels in area of responsibility.
  • Strong collaborative communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills who inspires confidence and builds relationship with all levels in the organization.
  • Results-oriented and self-starter who enjoys a challenge and is dedicated getting things done
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Expert working knowledge of ATS and other talent acquisition platforms, applications, and employment administration / HR systems.
  • Innovative and progressive orientation with high sense of urgency and follow through.
