VoIP Specialist (Telephony Support)

CTG IT Solutions is an IT Services Company dedicated to European Institutions. We are currently hiring a VoIP Specialist (Telephony Support), to join a multicultural team in Luxembourg.

Your Missions

• The job consists in managing daily operations, autonomously or in collaboration with colleagues to maintain the services to customers, at the best level of quality: Requests fulfillment, Incident Management, and Changes implementation.
• You administrate the entire VoIP infrastructure of the client
• You handle incidents and provide support for the telephony
• You process the arrival, departure, and change of service workflow linked to staff movements within the client's premises for the VoIP part
• You administrate the Cisco telephone platform
• The UC VOIP Specialist Standard is the administrator of the assets in his scope: Installation, Configuration, Support, Troubleshooting, Updates/Upgrades, Backup frequency/Restore Validation, Documentation

Your profile

• You hold a Master's degree in IT and minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience or a Bachelor's degree in IT and minimum of 7 years
• You have a fluent level in English(French is an advantage)
• You are familiar with ITIL guidelines
• You already worked with Cisco products (for example Cisco Unified Call Manager, Cisco Webex Server, Cisco Jabber Guest, Cisco CMS, Cisco ExpressWay, Peter Connect...)
• You are a team player who likes to work in an international environment
• You are an excellent communicator
• Having knowledge of Radware, Videomesh is an asset
