Do you want to join a team of digital natives in defining how LEGO Experiences can be enjoyed in a digital context? This is an opportunity to research the digital landscape and find state-of-the-art technologies that contribute to the LEGO Group´s digital journey Build bridges between digital trends and LEGO Play experiences Your role is to follow digital trends, make sense of them and evaluate how and if they can be used in future LEGO Play experiences. In particular, you: Pitch relevant trends and technologies internally to different product groups and marketing Work with the product development organisation to develop digital prototypes that make the products relevant for business Develop digital products with internal or external developers to stakeholder satisfaction within the given time, budget and quality frame Support the digitalisation agenda in product Development Help us set the direction for future digital LEGO Play Working with digital experiences in the LEGO Group is rewarding and challenging. You evaluate technologies through the eyes of our users - the children - whose learning and creativity we continuously strive to inspire through LEGO Experiences. When you succeed with the projects, you help children activate the LEGO Group’s core values through play. Digital expert with strong business understanding You will be challenged on your ability to understand the existing technological landscape both inside and outside the LEGO Group in order to suggest relevant technologies. So, you most likely have: A BA/MA within Media, Communication, Marketing or IT Experience working with product development, preferably for children, creating digital strategies - or perhaps you work closely with the newest trends in a digital technology company Solid business understanding to assess new technologies in relation the LEGO Business model Strong communication and collaboration skills, and fluency in English High standards and integrity in terms of what is "good UX" for LEGO Core users Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Organisation.
