Manager for Corporate IT TECHNOLOGY - DK & Global Business Support

Head our training team You will be based in Billund at the Corporate IT (CIT) TECH - DK & Global Business Support Department. Here, you will be leading a team of 8 employees and serve as a key sparring partner for the business within IT training and consultancy. Overall, your mission is to establish and execute training programs for our users, ensuring that all end users are equipped to use our systems. More specifically, you will: Lead a team, focusing on people and change management Serve as an advisor to the business, providing guidance, training and recommendations for use and improvements regarding key systems and processes Develop knowledge of specific business processes and priorities, thereby optimising our training and consultancy effort and adding value to our services and solutions Mutual value creation In this role, you will be a valued competence manager and sparring partner across business units. You work with numerous stakeholders and make sure that they - as well as your team - have everything they need to perform at their best. As such, you serve as an ambassador for the LEGO Values of creativity and learning, and you set the direction for your team, ensuring that together you deliver our business objectives in a productive and efficient way.
