If they match, you will be contacted and if you have applied for a position as programmer or software architect, you need to take our test programme which includes an online test, a programming test and an interview. After the test programme, we are ready with an evaluation and you have had the chance to work in the programming language and with some of the tasks which our programmers primarily work with and this may help you to determine whether the job is suitable for you. If you have applied for a different type of position, you will be invited to an interview – and if the position includes management or is of a higher position – it will include a test process with an external cooperative partner.
