We are looking for young, dynamic and enthusiast people to add to our team.

The candidates must know English fluently as well as another language. Preference to candidates who speak even a little Italian.

The candidates are expected to be able to follow these tasks:

- Customer care

- Greeting clients

- Register clients through our system (Octorate)

- Give out information to the clients

- Meeting and greeting clients.

- Booking meetings.

- Communicating with the staff and the cleaning crew

- Keeping the reception area tidy.

Team work is an essential requirement, along with the ability to follow directions and to give their own input on multiple aspects of the day to day work.
