Food & Beverage Servers - IRE– The INN at Dromoland. Newmarket on Fergus, Newmarket, County Clare, Ireland, Ireland

Main Duties and Responsibilities: · To ensure that customers are served efficiently and that orders are served accurately and with courtesy to the standards required by the Company. · Ensure that the highest levels of hygiene are maintained and that the food and beverage service areas are kept clean and tidy and are always prepared for service. · Greet customers in a welcoming manner and seat them where appropriate. · Check frequently that guests are content with meal/beverage/service and ensure that all guests receive polite and courteous attention. · Maintain a close working relationship with the Kitchen Team. · Strive to have a complete knowledge of all elements of the food and beverage product to communicate comprehensively this product to the guest. · Responsible for efficient service with minimum fuss or delay. · Ensure that a complete handover is done with the on-coming shift and that any checklists, reports, and tasks have been completed. · Full Time and Part Time Positions available. Candidate needs to meet the following criteria: - · Possess previous experience in either a restaurant or hotel setting. · Must have excellent attention to detail. · Must be well organised and have a level of high service standards · Have the ability to work under pressure. · Have a friendly, chatty, and outgoing personality. Working schedule is from Monday – Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required. Full training is provided.
