SAP IS-Retail Consultants

For an exciting and developing job in ECCO’s Group IT Department, we seek 2 motivated and ambitious IT employees who will help us continue the success of our department. The positions are located in our headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark, As a member of the Group IT Service Development Team, the whole world is your working place. SAP is the central IT foundation for ECCO’s business value chain and the aim is to implement SAP Retail as a pilot project in the US in 2015. You will be deeply involved in this project and potential further rollouts to follow. You will be involved in all aspects of your area of responsibility. You will participate in development projects, which includes overall functional design, creation of prototypes as well as handling specifications and documentation and deliver smaller scale enhancements. Job Profile: •IT sparring partner for the business on the assigned projects and tasks - both in headquarters and globally. •Analyze and map retail business requirements into possible IT deliverables. •Design and setting up SAP Retail functionalities including implementation & burn in support, followed by documentation and handover to operations. •Facilitate and contribute in knowledge sharing. •Participate in and/or manage projects within SAP Retail. •Quality assurance. •Documentation & best practices to be followed. Qualifications and Work Experience: You hold at least 2-3 years of experience working with SAP Retail in a global production & sales organisation, and have participated in at least 1 full life cycle implementation. Your knowledge of SAP Retail and ability to establish contact to peers will form the basis for sparring with the business responsible persons, and for the daily work within the SAP team. You know the methods used when implementing SAP Retail functionalities and you understand the value of keeping the functionality within the frames of SAP standard. Any knowledge of POS systems is a further advantage. Travelling must be expected (app. 20 days per year, more in 2015). Corporate language is English which you master in both writing and speech.
