Position Summary

Your Responsibilities
- Handling Reimbursements tasks
- Handling 1st line and 2nd line customer inquiries via C4C or other CRM system
- Handling customer inquiries via phone
- Providing guidance to customers for using Zalaris’ tools and services
- Administrating Zalaris' portal related updates
- Producing employment related documents
- Working with Right-shoring and process improvements
Skills
- Completed or started higher education
- Fluent written and spoken Norwegian and English languages
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Customer service drive
- Great communication and cooperation skills
- Stress resistance and punctuality
- High sense of responsibility
- Flexibility and focus on efficient team work
