We are currently recruiting Butchers in various locations across the Republic of Ireland.

The opportunity

The Butcher is responsible for ensuring the Meat Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provide our customers with excellent quality and products and services.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Numerical skills
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Conversational English skills
• Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland
• HACCP training is beneficial but not essential
• Craft butchery course is desirable
