This has resulted in a completely new Developer Ambassador position, a meetup tour through Portugal and collaborations with local universities.
They are responsible for the first and most difficult part of recruiting. Nowadays, candidates especially out of the IT field getting hundreds of job offers every week. Our Technical Sourcing Specialists are finding the best candidates and always improving the way to get to them. Once they found a great future colleague they invent new ways to grab their attention. Our Tech Stack
Our projects are mainly in PHP and JavaScript using the most popular frameworks. Our deployment is based on GitLab, Docker and Kubernetes, which we use in accordance with the principle of Continuous Integration. Also, tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Teamretro and Parabol are part of our day-to-day business.
Our Technical Sourcing Specialists are using a variety of tools to get in and keep the contact with the candidates. LinkedIn is our go-to platform for active search and communication. Personio is the technical solution for the whole application process from the incoming application till the offer to be sent out.

Our Workflow

That’s how code libraries, new processes and a company spin-off in Portugal all came to be. Work-life balance isn’t just a buzzword for us. Some of us love our four-day work week, while others prefer to work fully remotely from home or on an island. You can become the designer of your own agency if you use the freedom to fill this space.
We work in interdisciplinary Scrum and Kanban teams, which are always arranged based on the project and each have their own specific freedoms. As a result, we are agile, flexible and facilitate the best solution, not the ego. We believe nothing is better than working in a team. Our pair or even mob programming as a standard proves it.
