Hilton Dubiln Kilmainham is  recruiting for an enthusiastic, energetic and guest Receptionist/Front Desk Agent to join our amazing Front of House team. 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Prior experience in hotel operations
  • Prior experience within a 3/4 star hotel 
  • Organisational & planning skills 
  • Creative & have the ability to engage well with the other team members 
  • Be able to adapt to change and work well under pressure in busy environment 

 

Responsible for:  Carry out all day to day operations of the Front Office smoothly and efficiently. Ensure standards, guest satisfaction and expectations are met or exceeded at all times. Maximise profitability ensuring revenue is optimised

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive and register guests on arrival, using their names at least twice adhering to laid down procedures e.g. brand standards.
  • Ensure all documentation relating to the registration and checking out of guests as per standard procedure

 

Customer care: 

  • To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay
  • To anticipate guests needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance guest satisfaction
  • To assist guests at all times.
  • To become fully aware of 100% guest satisfaction and to implement agreed practices at all times
  • To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficientl
  • To ensure all departmental checklists are completed and checked by supervisor before going of duty
