We are recruiting for an enthusiastic, energetic and guest oriented Kitchen Porter to join our amazing team in Hilton Dublin Kilmainham.

The ideal candidate will:

· have the ability to engage well with the other team members

· be able to adapt to change and work well under pressure

· be available to work a flexible shift pattern – Monday to Sunday

Key tasks:

· To ensure that the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained throughout the kitchen and back of house areas at all times.

· To constantly liaise with Room Service team, Restaurant team, Bar team, and Conference team departments to ensure all requirements are attended to efficiently while meeting and exceeding standards.

· To assist the Kitchen Department by storing the equipment safely and to prevent breakages

· To follow, record and document all cleaning as required by the kitchen procedures which are determined by the Head Chef

· To support the kitchen team in crunch periods or as requested by Department Managers.

· To ensure efficient service to internal customers at all times

· To identify reasonable needs in regards to tools and utensils to carry out your job in order to meet and exceed all standards.

· To carry out all cleaning in accordance with departmental standards.
