The ideal candidate will:

• have the ability to engage well with the other team members and provide unforgettable experience for our guests
• have at least one year in a similar Hotel environment
• ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay
• anticipate guests needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance guest satisfaction
• be able to adapt to change and work well under pressure
• clean bedrooms, corridors, storerooms, laundry room, gymnasium and the front of house areas as required and in accordance with departmental standards and checklists.
• Be available to work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through the various areas of the department as required.
