A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented Breakfast Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Wilder Townhouse team.
The Wilder Townhouse represents a truly unique experience in the concept of a resident’s only townhouse. All that you would expect in terms of luxury, personalised service and personality are the Wilder’s cherished hallmarks. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced receptionist from a hospitality background.
Our new colleague should have at least one year experience in the hospitality sector. Excellent communication skills and the flexibility to work in a guest-facing role are a must.
The Role
- Providing a genuine, attentive, and friendly service to our guests in order to reflect the Wilder Townhouse standards.
- To always be well presented and in correct uniform.
- To provide the highest standard of service levels while on duty
- Greeting customers, taking orders and serving guests.
- Anticipates guest’s needs and provide them with a personalised, crafted experience.
- To strive for excellent guest reviews at all times.
- To demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to work.
- Have a bright and positive personality

Working Hours - Breakfast Shift, two days per week.
Flexibility to work midweek and weekends
