A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Breakfast Chef to join the Wilder Townhouse team. This is a part-time position.

The Wilder Townhouse represents a truly unique experience in the concept of a resident’s only townhouse. All that you would expect in terms of luxury, personalised service and personality are the Wilder’s cherished hallmarks. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef.

Located on leafy Adelaide Road in Dublin 2 The Wilder Townhouse offers its guests a truly unique experience. With 42 individually designed guest bedrooms, Garden room restaurant and Gin & Tea rooms.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and deliver the breakfast menu to the standard set by our head chef.

· Fridge management

· Ordering

Skills and Experience

· Experience as a chef in mid to high end food preparation - minimum one year

· Passion for delivering exception service.

· Work well under pressure during a busy breakfast service.

· Have excellent organisational skills.

· Be able to work independently.
