Customer Support Consultant fluent in both German and English



We are currently looking for motivated German and English speakers to join our support team for world's largest producer of downloadable audiobooks.



This would be the right role for you if you:



Have excellent language skills in German and English language

Have excellent communication skills

Have ability to multi task and to make quick decisions

Have ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements

Have strong listening/comprehension skills and good follow up skills
