SENIOR TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER, TEAM LEADER
Would you like to become a part of a product management team taking care of highly innovative and complex products - hospital beds, mattresses and medical devices? Do you feel like improving existing products? Then keep reading.
What are going to be your duties?
- Management of small team (internal part of PM)
- Co-operation with PM team on market side and Project management
- Co-operation with R&D on the product configurator creation and maintenance
- Master data management, including selection of tools needed
- Definition of the internal pricing strategy, preparing data and documents for price lists
- Setting up product development pipeline based on market requirements and technology development
- Definition of product specification for development projects together with R&D, working with R&D on user manuals
- Definition of the needs for the product changes and facelifts (within the change management committee)
- Support of product launch through product training and presentation and field testing; support related to product specification, customized solutions, product training and presentation – together with clinical and product trainers
- Co-operation on solving product requirements
- Communication with internal and external customers
- Monitoring of competitor activities, benchmarking and positioning
- Post production product analysis and feedback collection
What we think the right candidate should know, have....
- Experience in leading a team
- University degree in technical/biomedical or similar field
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Managerial experience - at least 2 years
- Experience from medical devices is an advantage
- Fluent Czech and English
- Responsibility, creativity and flexibility
- Very good presentation and communication skills
