Midland Steel Reinforcement are looking for Civil Engineers to join the Technical Team. This role will involve working closely with our clients and our BIM detailers to provide innovative reinforcing steel solutions.  

 

Requirements: 

  • Level 8 Civil Engineering Degree 

  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in Civil Engineering/Engineering Consultancy/Construction 

  • Experience in Civil engineering design, construction costing and measurement, project management capabilities 

  • Experience in reinforcing steel a distinct advantage 

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project 

 

Key duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Engaging with the technical team to deliver a high-quality product and project 

  • Liaising with BIM detailers 

  • Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals from infrastructure sectors. 

  • Resolving design and production issues. 

  • Scheduling material requirements for manufacture.
