Team Leader Accounts Payable (German)

Responsibilities:

• The AP Team Leader will ensure timely and accurate processing of all AP transactions for assigned team, in accordance with performance and quality standards
• Participation in knowledge transfer phase from Germany
• Support the transition of OpCo AP processes into the SSC
• Manage the team to achieve performance/quality standards defined in relevant service level agreements
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members as required
• Support and develop the team through regular communication, planning, coaching and performance reviews
• Proposes, evaluates and supervises the implementation of process improvements in collaboration with Manager
• Resolve customers & OpCo queries or complaints relating to AP processes
• Support internal/external audit requirements in respect of SSC AP processes

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable processes
• Experience of leading or coordinating an accounting team
• Experience of knowledge transfer activity
• Strong interpersonal, communication and cooperation skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Very good communication skills in German and English
