Mission

This activity is part of a new project in full development in which you are the actors.

In this context, you will have to manage all customer requests through different communication channels:

o Incoming calls

o Management of incident tickets

o Mail management (in a second time)

And this, for end-to-end customer relationship management.

For a global client specializing in the production of energy, you will be called upon to respond to requests from customers subscribing to electrical chargers (use and concerns about use, location of chargers, triggering of interventions, etc.), both in B2B and B2C.

This activity requires:

o A 360° vision of the remote customer relationship

o Have a very active listening ear

o Have a sense of service and customer satisfaction

o Empathy, effectiveness of responses

What we offer :

o Full-time permanent contract 36h/week (in rotation) - 2 months trial period

o Training provided before taking up the post

o Working hours and days: Monday to Sundays 24/24 – 7/7. Of course you will have the night hours rate + extra rate when you work on Sunday

o Monthly gross reference salary: 1554,62€

o Language bonus for English language 152€ gross monthly

o Language bonus for the other market language 152 € gross per month

o Performance bonus ,€1 per effective working hour up to €152 gross per month - calculated on 3 criteria: attendance, quality, productivity. (Please note that all bonuses are from the second month)

o 25 days of paid holidays + 7 days of RTT

o Medical & life insurance

o Access to the canteen, works council, Navigo Pass reimbursed at 50%

Profil recherché

o Native Dutch

o Fluency in English

o Minimum experience of 1 year in customer relationship (on all the communication channels mentioned)

o Very good elocution and very good writing skills

o Autonomy and reactivity

o Demonstrate common sense and a strong analytical mind

o Demonstrate empathy, caring and reassurance

o Reactivity, dynamism, curiosity of spirit

o Agility on the office pack and other IT tools
