Are you passionate about training other developers and are you fascinated by complex software solutions? Then you might be our new Technical Trainer, who will play a crucial role training and collaborating with Bizzkit’s international solution partners.

Since 2002 Hesehus has delivered ambitious e-commerce solutions based on its own developed platform, called Bizzkit. Today, the Bizzkit platform is one of the most widely used platforms among the top 1000 companies with physical products in Denmark.  

We want to achieve that same position internationally and have therefore started our journey by entering the Swedish market and more markets are to follow. In the role as Technical Trainer, you will help secure successful partnerships, and not least to make sure that our solution partners are competent with our platform products.

As our new Technical Trainer, you will become part of a very international team, where we communicate in English daily. The team has employees from all over the world including Brazil, Sweden, Holland, Bosnia and Denmark covering software development, product management, sales and marketing. As a way of integrating our international employees, we offer free Danish lessons in-house. Most of the employees are situated in Odense, while the Swedish market is operated from our local office in Göteborg. 

Concurrently with Bizzkit’s expansion internationally, you must be prepared for travel activity for periods of time, typically around 10-20 days a year. Alongside in-class trainings many of the meetings are conducted online.

Your primary tasks:

  • Continue developing and facilitating training and certification programs for Bizzkit Academy by producing PowerPoint slide decks, sample code, tutorials etc.
  • Work with a combination of workshops, classroom training and e-learning to engage the developers and architects from our solution partners
  • Create documentation, tutorials, videos etc. for our documentation space
  • Keep track on the architecture, workflow and development of the platform products and adjust training material accordingly
  • Support sales regarding the functionality of the products in Bizzkit Academy  
  • Collaborate with product management, developers, technical support and sales.

Who are you?  

You have a background in software development and some experience in teaching software technology, perhaps as an instructor or as a teaching assistant at a higher technical education, and you enjoy training software developers and technical solution experts. 

We expect you to have knowledge of the whole Microsoft stack; C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and to have worked with RESTful APIs., write and troubleshooting in code. If you are familiar with e-commerce systems and products, you are ahead in the game. 

As a person, you are self-starter, energetic, work in a structured manner and you have experience organizing a day with a broad range of tasks and dealing with many stakeholders. 

You are service-minded and great with people. You get energy from being the focus of attention and understand how to effectively communicate complex knowledge. You speak and write English fluently, and are comfortable using English on a daily basis.
