HTML5 Game Developer (Mid/Senior)
Our Seepia Playables is an efficient team that specializes in high-quality playable ads and instant games
with a focus on HTML5. Seepia was founded in 2012 and based in cosy office in Lappeenranta next to
Saimaa lake. We’re a 20+ strong international team of talented and diverse professionals with 200+
successful client projects.
Our customers are Small Giant, Rovio, Fingersoft, Veikkaus, Crazy Labs, Poki, Ten Square Games and
other great studios from mobile space. We emphasize the uniqueness of each project and do our best
to provide maximum added value for our customers. We aim for long-term partnerships that are
based on creative designs, flexible solutions, premium quality, strong performance and trust.
We are growing and we have an opportunity to hire a new member for our team who also will cherish
our studio values and collaborative work with our partners. We’re looking for an experienced HTML5
Developer who will bring our playable ad designs to live!
Core responsibilities:
o Developing well performing ads and games using HTML5
o Produce and develop projects from initial ideas to delivery
o Working together with team members
o Taking responsibility and ownership of the project
o Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues
Our dream candidate:
o 5+ years game development experience
o Strong working knowledge of modern Javascript, Typescript
o Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
o Knowledge and experience of processes, pipelines and best practices of game production
o Self-motivated with good problem solving skills and time-management skills
o Good collaboration and communication abilities
o Strong verbal and written English skills
Great to have:
o Experience programming with 3D and other frameworks
o Experience with client/server networking a plus
o Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design and layout tools
o Knowledge of high-level scripting languages, version-control, or CMS systems
