Automation Supervisor

We are looking for:

We are constantly seeking for experienced automation supervisors to work at project sites around the world and/or in Finland. Your tasks would include supervising and advising duties, motivating those being supervised, scheduling and reporting. Are you the Automation Supervisor we are looking for?

As an Automation Supervisor, you will:

• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable jurisdiction
• Ensure that project schedule and quality policies are met
• Supervise installations
• Report work done on weekly basis
• Address Health & Safety matters
• Check and prepare site reports, designs and drawings.

Your education and language skills:

• Degree in suitable technical or engineering field
• Fluent in Finnish or English

To succeed, you have:

• Previous experience in similar tasks in a supervisor position
• Ability to interpret instructions and solve practical problems
• Communication skills and ability to motivate team members and contractors
