At our office in Ikast, you will become part of Global Technology & Innovation and join our newly established Power Converters department. Alongside 9-12 skilled software and electronics engineers plus our project managers, you will be responsible for developing new world-class power converters for wind turbines globally.
Our customers are some of the leading wind turbine manufacturers in the world, and we do our utmost to deliver revolutionary and competitive products within green technology that fit our customers’ needs and exceed their expectations – every time.

Take our software to new heights
As our new lead engineer, you will discover, realise and develop new embedded and application software for our KK Wind Solutions IP power converter products and portfolio.

- Mature the solutions towards production – this involves working hands on with diagrams and simulations to construction and handover to the customer
- Test, verify and evaluate the solutions in collaboration with customers, suppliers and partners
- Support our other strategic business units and engineers internally with your know-how to build their competencies within new embedded and application software
- Scout and drive new technologies within your field of expertise in close collaboration with leading universities and in co-creation with our OEM customers

Experienced embedded software developer with a curious mind
As a person, you thrive in an agile can-do culture with flat hierarchies. You are a team player and a fighter who never gives up and always strives to deliver the highest possible quality.
Moreover, you:
- Bring 3+ years of experience with and a proven track record of maturing technologies and developing new products within power electronics
- Have an MSc within engineering, and you are specialised within software for power electronics technologies (embedded and application software)
- Bring experience from the industry, e.g. from an R&D department or similar
- Have the flexibility to travel around 10 days a year to visit our production sites in Poland and India
- Speak and write English effortlessly
