In Vojens, you will lead our expanding TCM server team of 4 skilled full-stack developers and 1 test engineer. Here, you will work on the user interface for our TCM® system, a unique vibration monitoring solution that maximizes wind turbines’ uptime by early failure detection on costly components.
The team develops our server solutions within this portfolio, running both on local installations as well as in the cloud.
TCM® provides valuable information on the condition of each wind turbine, empowering our customers to protect their assets and plan for optimal maintenance, thereby driving down the cost of energy.
You lead the way and manage with a higher purpose
As our new senior manager, you will get an important role as you drive us towards process maturity and handle all capacity planning for our releases. Making sure your team works in the same direction and keeping track of all projects and estimated time plans, you will:
- Handle all aspects of the daily management of your team working in an agile environment
- Ensure the development of your employees by having ongoing performance reviews
- Provide capacity input to the development plans, ensuring that your team delivers on them
- Ensure high software quality by using peer review, static code analysis, unit testing and regression testing
- Be responsible for the team budget and wage negotiations

You are experienced within SW development and team management
We are looking for a proactive person with a strong personal drive and a pragmatic approach. As a person, you consider it your finest task to ensure high quality of work, and you can easily maintain an overview of complex solutions, planning all projects and assignments in an ever-changing environment.
Moreover, we imagine that you:
- Have an educational background in computer science, software engineering or similar (bachelor’s degree as a minimum) – a project management certification is an advantage
- Have 3-4 years of experience from a similar role managing a team of developers
- Bring solid experience with test-driven development using agile processes as well as continuous integration frameworks such as Jenkins
- Are an experienced programmer within PHP and SQL
- Have experience with developing and delivering SaaS as cloud solutions
- Speak and write English fluently – Danish is a plus, but not a necessity
