To support their growth, EPOS are looking for a competent and motivating SW Technology Project Lead to join their international R&D organization based in Copenhagen.



SW Technology projects

You will be driving SW technology projects in close collaboration with the FrontEnd Innovation team & Director of Technology utilizing engineers from EPOS’ in-house R&D competence teams. As SW Technology project Lead you will be an architect, technical project manager and developer on the framework that enables SW technology projects to deliver mature solution into projects.

 

Passion for Technology

You will take part of developing EPOS’ future SW solutions within areas like advanced speakerphones concepts, new wireless platforms &… Therefore, EPOS expect you to have strong knowledge and passion for SW development/solutions in consumer electronics. Together with HW-, audio-, DSP- and SW engineers you know how to communicate SW solutions in an end-user perspective, and you ensure solutions are matured and robust before handing over to project teams.

 

The ideal candidate holds the following qualifications:

  • Experience leading technology-based concept projects.
  • Background and experience in Linux and embedded Linux systems.
  • Experience with embedded SW development, memory, and power constrained systems.
  • Experience with wireless technology like WIFI, BT or DECT.
  • Experience working cross functional with HW/SW integration
  • Knowledge of Driver development on different OS platforms.
  • Experience as a SW technology lead, working with SW architecture and solutions for consumer electronics – and as developer getting your hands “dirty” together with the team.
