Play your part in our team succeeding

You’ll be part of a top-notch group of tech champions who love exploring new ideas and solving problems.

We’re hiring for a diverse group as we believe this brings perspectives that help us solve the toughest challenges. As we are building a new community, we are looking for Principal Software Engineers with passion and interest for various domains covering our full technology value chain. You will be based in our offices in Denmark, London or Shanghai so we welcome applications from across the globe.

Communication and coding are the two of your areas of expertise because you love building awesome products and convincing your peers and partners of the right approach. Empowering and mentoring is important to you and you love teaching your skills and approach to others.

We know this is a two-way street, so we offer you the chance to join our amazing LEGO® family and work with some really cool tech and awesome people. Oh, and remember you also get 50% discount on LEGO products!

Do you have what it takes?

You have a strategic mindset and know how to stay on strategy. You are skilled in change management, open to new approaches, patient with people and you have excellent interpersonal skills.

When you speak, people listen and trust your expert opinion. People look up to you and seek to become as skilled as you are. You inspire people to follow you, not by dictating or controlling but thanks to your skill in your craft.

You’re an excellent problem solver who is not fixed on technology but looks at how to craft the best solution. You love a technical challenge and filling in the dots to ensure that all requirements are specified.

Being a tech champion, you have worked with many different technologies and are passionate about learning and staying on top of new technology insights. We envision you have an Engineering or Computer Scientist background but if you are self-taught and have a lot of cool experience, then show us what you can do.
