We are currently looking for a talented senior PHP developer to join our team and be a team leader for our junior software developers.
Job Description:

Develop web-based corporate business IT solutions in PHP

Provide technical leadership for multiple software projects

Communicate frequently with client’s expert personnel and subject matter experts

Lead the development portion of software production
-
Develop flexible and robust platform architecture to support changing business requirements

Ensure formal review and approval process for all deliverables
-
Ensure software deliverable meets business requirements
-
Manage application build and deployment process
Requirements:
-
3+ year experience in developing web applications
-
Experience in leading a team of developers (or other)
-
Expert level in PHP programming, OOP, database design and implementation
-
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
-
Experience with MVC frameworks
-
Excellent spoken and written English
-
Ability to lead/handle/organize development process for complex software projects

Excellent people skills – demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status.
