HR Business Partner - Voyage

We are now looking for a HR Business Partner to join our team.

 

Purpose of the role:

Joining the global Voyage HR team for a defined part of the portfolio (e.g. one or more Business Areas within a BU of Voyage) and in support of the respective Lead HR BP, drive the achievement of our Voyage business strategy through investments into the right capabilities, structure, leadership and culture to assure people and the overall organization are most effective and enabled to deliver on our overall Voyage business strategy. 

This position is to be located in Helsinki, Finland.

 

Key responsibilities: 

- Partner with the Voyage Management Team members for a defined part of the portfolio to translate business strategy to concrete and impactful people priorities and contribute to turning business needs into requirement for HR action plan / HR Services. 

- Co-create and own your business unit’s/area’s people strategy and the implementation of its components together with executive leaders to ensure the achievement of business and people objectives, as well as competitiveness in the market.

- Ensure meaningful people process compliance and implementation in your respective responsibility area. 

- Manage organizational changes by setting up the change process, defining communicational structures and support the leaders in the internal communication regarding people topics.

- Support the respective Management Team in driving people agenda, for example: organizational development, workforce effectiveness, change leadership and Talent strategy & Development. 

- Actively engaging in the culture, engagement and performance management by identifying and removing obstacles for high performance. 

- Based on people analytics, provide workforce insights to secure most impactful organizational measures.

- Coach senior leaders on leadership and provide support and coaching on management team development and leading and supporting change projects with people impact.

 

Key requirements: 

As an ideal candidate for this position you will have a Bachelors’ or a Masters’ degree preferably in HR-Management, Psychology, Business Administration or Social Sciences, supported by extensive work experience in diverse generalist HR roles. Experience partnering with, challenging and influencing stakeholders across countries and continents is imperative. 

- Experience – Minimum of 5 years working experience, with significant experience in organizational transformation and as HR Business Partner in a multinational technology company. You are familiar with the work in an enterprise set up, possess a solid HR BP foundation, but you also enjoy an agile and dynamic environment.

- Stakeholder Management – You easily develop trustful professional relationships with your business stakeholders and peers.

- Leadership – In coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution and bringing strong people management experience.

- Execution – Easily translate business goals into people requirements and meaningful people products. You think and act solution oriented, you enjoy taking over challenging topics and would always remain in the driver seat of your tasks even in busy times.

- Skilled – In mediation, coaching and consulting are brilliant and you have profound knowledge in performance management and people development. You are firm in executive communication and confident in moderating large group discussions.

- Mindset – Strong entrepreneurial mindset and execution focus with ‘startup sensibilities’ and thrives in a data driven culture. You have a growing passion for the role of people data insights and leveraging analytics in your decision making.

- Fluency in English is a must.

- Solid experience in concept development based on analyzed and identified customer needs (consultative skills); and action plan definition and realization (project management)
