Your main accountabilities:
- Welcome guests keeping the highest standards of hospitality service
- Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service
- Assist with luggage, use club cars to drive guests around the resort, and escort them to their room
- Assist in any other Front Office task as assigned by the Front Office Manager
Your main qualifications/skills:
- Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality
- Excellent Knowledge of English language, a second language would be an advantage (ideally between German, French & Russian)
- Customer Service experience within a luxurious environment would be a plus
- Valid European Driving license
