Commis di Bar

MANSIONI:

• Svolge il normale lavoro di banco bar, ad esclusione delle bevande miscelate;
• Si occupa della pulizia dei punti bar locale, dell’utensileria e dell’attrezzatura;
• Prende le ordinazioni dai clienti e le porta al barman per la preparazione
• Saper trasmettere agli Ospiti la filosofia della casa, la storia della famiglia e dei luoghi

REQUISITI:

• Diploma

• ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, inglese e possibilmente francese

• Esperienza maturata nel ruolo documentata

• Completano il profilo la motivazione all’apprendimento, la passione, la flessibilità e il team working

• PUNTO DI MERITO: conoscenza del mondo Relais & Chateaux e dei sistemi/ procedure associate

• Referenze

MAIN RESPONSABILITY:

• Assistant Bartender ;
• Deals with the cleaning of the bar, tools and equipment;
• Care to take orders from customers and brings them to the barman for preparation
• Knowing how to convey the philosophy of the home, the history of the family and the places to the Guests

SKILLS:

• Diploma

• excellent knowledge of Italian, English and possibly French

• Experience gained in the documented role

• The profile is completed by the motivation to learn, the passion, flexibility and team working

• POINT OF MERIT: knowledge of the world of Relais & Chateaux and associated systems / procedures
