 You will provide exceptional service by telephone to Finnish speaking customers.

Get in touch if you are fluent in Finnish and English, have an interest in the financial sector, a willingness to provide excellent customer service over the phone and ready to work evening and weekend shifts. We expect you to have a positive attitude, a genuine interest in the customer's concerns, independence and accuracy. Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage.
