ToolTime is the digital home for craftsmen businesses. Our goal is to free craftsmen from cumbersome paperwork and last-century software. ToolTime is a venture built by BCG Digital Ventures together with two strong investors with in-depth industry expertise. As Product Manager (m/f/d) at ToolTime you will build a product that has the potential to change the future of craftsmen businesses and have massive impact on the industry. Being part of a small and fast-paced product team, you will shape and drive the product development process from feature discovery to release.

Your responsibilities:

• Shape the product roadmap, initiate discovery and make sure a feature is smoothly guided through the product development process 

• Drive feature development being the product lead of a cross-functional feature team and directly reporting to our CPO

• Sketch out requirements for features on the product roadmap in collaboration with key stakeholders

• Define research needs and set up research concepts depending on feature complexity and feasibility risks

• Close collaboration with the engineering team to bring feature ideas to live

• Track, measure, analyse and communicate relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders

Your profile:

• 2+ years’ product management experience in a data-driven, fast-paced environment in a B2B/SaaS startup

• Experience with working in cross-functional and agile teams as well as knowledge in product management tools

• Open-minded personality able to motivate a team to deliver high-quality product features

• Strong passion and drive to understand and meet individual user needs 

• Experience with setting up feature tracking concepts and drawing data-driven product decisions from product usage analysis

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills while constantly aligning with stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills and experience in planning and moderating workshops for a variety of purposes

• Fluent English skills. German skills are a nice to have.
