1.1 The tasks/activities will include:

- Build EIB application models using BMC Discovery tool and BMC CMDB

- Help develop application modelling standards and definition of the application modelling best practices for the EIB

- Work close together with all application development and support teams to gather and review necessary information

- Document and train other team members in application modelling practices

 

 

1.2 The person must demonstrate knowledge in:

• BMC Discovery tool (ADDM)

• BMC CMDB

• Application Modelling

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Oracle Database

 

1.3 The staff member must demonstrate competence in:

• BMC IT Service Management
