Candidate Profile we are looking for:
- Graduation in Computer Science Engineering or related fields;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in support engineer;
- Previous experience in Windows System administration and good Active Directory knowledge;
- Solid foundation and background in Microsoft products and technologies;
- Knowledge related to Microsoft Office 365 Cloud Services/Azure Active Directory;
- Fluent Portuguese and English;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills;
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Strong communication and teamwork skills;
- Good sense of responsibility, commitment and proactivity.
