Position Summary



For our NBS Lisbon Source to Pay (S2P) department, we are currently looking for a Procurement TSM Lead. Reporting to Tail Spend Management Supervisor, this professional will be responsible to manage and lead a team of Buyers driving selection of suppliers, tendering, negotiation and contract renewals for the portion of the spend managed above the market by Nestrade Procurement division (NPD) as per their defined strategies and guidance, business priorities, Group policies and principles.



A day in the life of...

  • Establish, manage and lead a team of Buyers working on Services & Indirect Materials categories ensuring the objectives and targets are met;
  • Continuously develop and enhance Buyers capabilities to succeed on their roles;
  • Drive selection of suppliers, tendering, negotiation and contract renewals according to NPD defined strategies and guidance, business priorities, Group policies and principles;
  • Achieve an optimized procure to pay process and the best cost/performance ratio;
  • Drive tail spend optimization for the spend managed by the BSS TSM team;
  • Manage procurement projects with the objective to add value to the business.
  • Measure, analyse and manage supplier performance to improve quality, reduce costs, mitigate supply risk and drive continuous improvement;
  • Ensure delivery of agreed cost reduction targets, as well as departmental goals;
  • Continuously develop and maintain adequate market knowledge of assigned categories;
  • Contribute to the Goal alignment implementation in the procurement department.

     

What Will Make You Successful

  • Degree in Management, Business, Logistics or similar;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Has demonstrated success in leading a team of Buyers and delivering competitive advantage to the business through development and implementation of sourcing strategies for S&IM spend categories;
  • Has demonstrated the ability to successfully lead projects and people;
  • Has successfully negotiated in cross functional and cross market teams (NiM);
  • Has demonstrated the ability to manage several categories at the same time;
  • Has demonstrated successful business partnering, Stakeholder management/ engagement;
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP is a plus.
