We are now looking for Purchasing Program Leader!
Description
The Purchasing team consists of 25 people located in Sweden working side by side with a Chinese Purchasing team. Buyers, SQ-engineers and Cost engineers forms a strong team to support all future projects, both service and vehicle projects.
You will join an agile organisation, where team work, empowered self-organising teams, and quick learning cycles are the keys to success. Thus you need to be a good team player and continuously strive to make the team successful.
We will ensure that you have opportunities to grow and take on new challenges!
As a Project Leader within Purchasing department you will work in a project environment with all purchasing related issues, such as:
- Representing purchasing department in x-functional meetings,
- Coordinating and reporting out status,
- Drive programs together with both buyers and SQ engineers,
- You will also take active part in building an effective local purchasing organization.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Technical, Economic or Legal University degree or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in purchasing & building relations
- The ability to work x-functional within purchasing, engineering and supply chain
- Relevant experience in the automotive industry
- You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written
- Drivers licens B
To be successful in the role, you need to:

- Be easy to work with for both internal and external "partners"
- Work to establish mutually profitable business relationships (win-win)
