In this position you will be part of Chapter Hardware CAE Simulation & CAx Methods, which is one of five competence teams within Tribe Hardware. As a Chapter, we are mutual accountable in developing coming NEVS products, our methods, our way of working and ourselves. We are using our collective intelligence in order to achieve those goals.
You will be working in an agile organization, using agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. You will work in small, empowered self-organizing teams where you and your colleagues are mutual accountable for your team’s deliverables.
In this position you will work with FE structural analysis of chassis components and systems. You will work cross-functional in the organization to define the properties and performance of parts and systems. You will be an important part of defining the future products on both system and component level to ensure fulfillment of all requirements.
