Jr. Consultant-App Owner-Project Manager(CAP) (m/f)

M2MGO was founded 2013 in Berlin as a start-up that creates web-based software for Internet of Things (IoT). For the market and especially the Line of Business, we developed our own framework named pst (People System Things).

Our USP is a "No Coding" approach with a content management system specially developed for IoT, that eliminates any programming effort on the customers’ side. This reduces complexity and enables agile, fully connected processes. We cover the entire value chain of IoT (from embedded, to connectivity, via cloud till app). Applications range from the networked Smart Home to Smart City and Industry 4.0.

This role puts you at the confluence of Consultancy, Project management and App Owner. It requires taking ownership of the successful delivery of the customer’s project.

Your primary activities will be

Consultant: active listening to customers’ pain points and needs, offer advice in specific topics (Strategy, Analytics, Process etc.) and present recommendations, define technical requirements of the project.

App Owner: deep knowledge of our pst platform to build apps and portals for your consulted clients, verify mockups and wireframes, very good industry and process knowledge for each use case

Project Manager: ensure the project is on time, budget, and scope; efficient communication of customer needs to internal units (development, dispatching, sales) and keeping to deadlines.

Your Profile

 Background in business processes and/or IT

 Analytical mindset, great time management skills

 Proven communication skills, internal and customer facing

 Knowledge in multiple industries is a plus

 German language skills are a must

 Independent and autonomous working style

 Collaborative, flexible and customer-oriented

 Open minded, eager to learn and proactive.
