Hotel Management qualifications at least 3 year course 2. Recent previous experience as a General Manager/Deputy Manager in a (4*) English speaking 100 + bedroom hotel preferably in Ireland 3. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills 4. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the hotel including F&B, Front Office, Accommodation and Sales & Marketing 5.
