Minimum Requirements 1. Food & Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course 2. At least 3 years recent previous experience as a Senior Waiter in a Fine Dining Restaurant or Country House preferably English speaking restaurant - FLUENT English essential 3. Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills 4. Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role including rostering, purchasing, reservations 5. Must be totally knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and wages 6.
