Food & Beverage Attendants
The main focus of this role are to increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous food and beverage service to guest in the bar & lounge in line with departmental and hotel guidelines
Main duties:

Ensure all hotel bars are kept clean and tidy making for a safe working environment.

To actively up-sell and promote products in the bar in accordance with monthly target

Report maintenance issues arising in all departments to Bar Manager or Duty Manager

Attend all necessary training

Adhere to all systems and procedures as outlined in the standards of procedures manual

Complete relevant daily/weekly checklists as requested by Bars Manager and or Bar Supervisor

Provides efficient, prompt, trouble free, and courteous service while serving and setting tables

Accurately records, pre-checks, and picks up all food and beverage orders

Serves guests their food and beverage promptly and courteously

Sets tables as needed prior or on guest arrival

Maintains a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly
