PRECISION MECHANIC- Feinwerkmechaniker (m/w) (Feinwerkmechaniker/in)

In our maintenance facility in Lingen (Ems), Germany, we are looking for a

PRECISION MECHANIC

Your tasks:

- Drawing, programming and optimization of CNC programs

- Independent processing of work orders in individual and small batch production

- Set up, programming and operation of the controlled 5-axis and 3-axis machine tools (Siemens and Heidenhain Control System)

- Control and monitoring of the manufacturing process with regard to adherence to schedules

- Checking parts for dimensional accuracy, condition and completeness

- Fixture construction respectively optimization

- Quality control and monitoring

Your qualifications:

- Completed training as precision mechanic, as a cutting tool mechanic, as an industrial mechanic or a comparable training

- a relevant work experience is mandatory

- Experience in the operation of CNC-controlled and conventional turning and milling machines and boring mills

- a very pronounced mechanical talent

- Competence in reading and understanding of technical drawings and work instructions

- you are energetic and flexible with a friendly, outgoing personality

- you have a ´hands-on´ mentality and you are enthusiastic about the product
