RiaBlades SA, a Senvion Company's, exclusively manufactures rotor blades and for is production facility in Vagos is looking for:

Production Supervisor (M / F)

Mission

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor's main mission is to manage, monitor and develop the teams of his / her responsibility, in order to achieve the defined goals in terms of Safety, Environment and Quality.

Requirements:

- Guidance for Safety and Environment;

- Customer orientation;

- Orientation to Results;

- Leader ship;

- Planning and Organization;

- Communication Skills;

- Guidance for Change;

- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or 12th year of full or equivalent professional experience;

- Knowledge of the application of Lean Manufacturing principles;

-Minimum experience of 3 years in team management in an industrial environment, preferably in the Aeronautics or Automotive Industry;

-Proficiency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and knowledge of English (spoken and written);

- Availability to work rotating shifts.
