Colourbox is a leading online image bank with 200,000+ users, serving customers from some of the world’s largest media companies, advertising agencies and organizations. We are very busy and are therefore looking for an online designer for our head office in Odense, consisting of 20+ employees from all over the world. Our main strategy is to keep everything simple, easy and consistent for our customers and suppliers. About the Job You will be responsible for the design, visual content and user experience on our site in addition to creating new emails, banners and other design tasks for our customers and suppliers. You will be working in our communication department alongside our present designer, usability manager and copy writer, and in close collaboration with our development department. Many new projects are developed together with customer service as they get inquiries directly from the customers and suppliers. It is therefore expected that you are able to listen to a specific need and come up with a simple design solution. About you: You live and breathe for online media and can design user experiences that are simple, usable and great-looking. You are up-to-date on the latest developments within your field and are not afraid of sharing your knowledge and thoughts with your colleagues. We are looking for a candidate who has at least a couple of years of experience in designing web pages that meet business needs. It is also very important that you can put yourself in the customer's place. In addition, you: • can think through a workflow from start to finish • can get those details just right that lift an online design to a new level • use sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to quickly convey and test ideas • know the CS package like the back of your hand • are a highly motivated self-starter with a positive attitude • are an excellent communicator and a good colleague We offer: An independent job with a lot of freedom and responsibility and a competitive salary.
