Our Human Resources Department is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist, to work with the Group Compensation & Benefits Manager, and who will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct the end to end salary review campaign;
  • Conduct salary surveys in close relationship with local HR and with service providers; and provide bespoke benchmarks on demand;
  • Optimization and automation of data collection related to compensation;
  • Perform monthly compensation reports;
  • Monitor gender equality fairness and alert on discrepancies;
  • Monitor social benefits within the group;
  • Participate in the annual completion of the DPEF (declaration de performance extra-financière);
  • Participate in the actuarial update of pension commitments (IFRS19 standard) for the related countries;
  • Participate in the implementation of a payroll management tool, or any other tools needed;
  • Regular & accurate reporting and communication to the stakeholders;
  • Participate in monthly staff budget monitoring (headcount and staff costs);
  • Support the Compensation & Benefits Manager as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have/ be:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Management or Work Psychology;
  • At least 8 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits in an international group;
  • Oriented to data processing;
  • Knowledge of the main principles of remuneration and social benefits;
  • Experience in salary review processes;
  • Familiar with job classification methods offered by the 4 major salary survey providers (Korn Ferry - Hays, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer, Aon);
  • Experience in transversal and structuring projects in Compensation and Benefits;
  • Understanding of equipment/ layout drawings would be desirable;
  • Excellent MS Office domain, namely MS Excel;
  • English fluency is mandatory (French would be a plus).
