Join our team and advance your career as a Workforce Administration Delivery Lead

 

 

If you join our Workforce Administration team, you may have the following responsibilities:

 

  • Managing a large scale team of HR Services colleagues with complex process management and business interactions - manage the teams through the Team Leaders of the relevant areas
  • Understanding procedures and processes for the relevant Businesses, as well as the internal Global Business Services processes
  • Manage on the ground delivery, responds to service demands as they arise and conduct Workforce Administration Team quality assurance activities
  • Manage team performance to ensure service is delivered as per performance targets; coaching and developing team members
  • Identify opportunities to improve service to deliver a better customer experience
  • Ensure team compliance with policies and procedures raising risks/issues as needed
  • Contribute to HR Services Business Continuity activities as applicable highlighting critical resources and activities
  • Deliver HR processes by managing workflow, ensuring adequate holiday training & sickness cover
  • Proactively develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of HRS team members to ensure that members achieve their full potential
  • Conduct  regular one to ones with all direct reports to discuss performance and to develop and implement career path plans
  • Provide coaching for the team members as part of their ongoing development and training.
  • Discuss & review team performance, issues and to celebrate success with direct reports
  • Provide first level escalation for any issues raised by the team
  • Develop a team environment that supports continuous improvements & promotes the HR culture / modernization mindset
  • Develop and maintain sound working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within the organisation, customers and external service providers

 

 

In the Workforce Administration Delivery Lead role we have the following requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • HR Services experience is an advantage
  • Proven experience in decision making and risk mitigation
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Complex stakeholder and project management
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks with a very high degree of accuracy
  • Experience of working with international customers is desirable
