 Job description

You job is to provide technical support to the maintenance and operations sector including development and optimisation of maintenance reference plans.  Further more you  analysise  equipment failures that have effected safety, integrity, production loss and high maintenance costs. You will be identifying root cause and making/implementing recommendations to avoid recurrence.

The responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensure that planned maintenance is in accordance with the requirements of the system and support as required
  2. Prepare technical reports as required
  3. To ensure the performance and availability of equipment and systems within all disciplines meet the standard required to achieve safety, production and environmental targets
     

  4. A minimum of a relevant Bachelor, or equivalent, engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical, Civil,  Pipeline, Subsea engineering). Or comprehensive experience in the role as the senior responsible person on a permanently manned producing installation

 

To succeed in your new job you will match these criteria:

 

  1. Have sound good knowledge of offshore equipment, systems and associated regulations / legislation
  2. Good knowledge of maintenance strategy development, tools and techniques
  3. Good knowledge of Maintenance Management systems
  4. Ability to communicate with technical specialists
